1. The human being is the central value and concern such that nothing is above him/her and no one is above another.
2. Equality of all people such that "equal rights before the law" gives way to the same opportunities for all.
3. Recognition of personal and cultural diversity and the condemnation of discrimination, whether motivated by economic, racial, ethnic, sexual, or cultural differences.
4. Encouragement of every tendency to develop knowledge beyond the limitations imposed by prejudices that are accepted as absolute and immutable truths.
5. Freedom of ideas and beliefs.
6. Repudiation of all forms of the violence rooted in daily life worldwide, including physical violence as well as other forms such as economic, racial, sexual, religious, moral, and psychological.
